I work weekends and holidays at no additional charge, but please contact me to see if I’m available before sending any work.
First-time clients will be billed upon completion, and payment is due within 7 days. This initial invoice needs to be paid before I can begin work on your next job.
If I’m unable to complete the job by your deadline due to family emergencies, health etc., I will let you know as soon as possible.
Additional fees: If the file contains a large amount of raw steno or missing words that must be typed in or is very technical/dense, I will charge an additional $0.30 per page. I will communicate this early on if I feel this applies and discuss options.
Late fees: A 10% late fee, calculated from the invoice total, will be applied if you fail to pay on time.
